Engineering Machinery Built on Experience
ALMAT NI Ltd designs, manufactures and distributes agricultural, forestry and industrial machinery, built for real working environments across local and global markets.
Founded by James Vaughan and Thomas Patterson, who have been manufacturing agricultural products since they were 14, ALMAT combines hands-on experience with in-house engineering to produce equipment that's practical, dependable and built to do the job properly.
From concept to completion, the whole process stays in-house in Northern Ireland, from steel preparation through to paint or galvanised finish, so every product meets the same high standard.
Customers are investing in uptime and long-term value, not just an attachment. That's why ALMAT is backed by strong construction, proven materials and ongoing parts and service support through a growing dealer network.

Forklift Brush
Built for fast, effective sweeping in demanding environments, the ALMAT Forklift Brush is a simple, durable attachment for yards, construction sites, recycling plants, quarries and farms.
A heavy-duty, fully galvanised frame with a 12-row brush layout delivers strong sweeping performance and material movement across a wide range of surfaces. Mounting brackets are available for forklifts, JCB, Manitou, Merlo, Kramer, pin and cone, Euro 8 and 3-point linkage, so it matches machines already in the fleet.
Available in 0.9m, 1.5m, 1.8m, 2.4m and 3.0m widths, with an excavator option for demolition and construction sites. European-sourced bristles give long service life, and replaceable brush segments keep running costs down.

Bucket Brush
A high-performance rotary sweeper bucket for strong sweeping action, dependable hydraulic performance and a premium finish, built for demanding yard, site and industrial use.
Combining the practicality of a bucket with the cleaning power of a rotary sweeper, it suits contractors, farmers, waste operators, quarries and industrial users. The heavy steel frame is fitted with a Hardox wear edge for maximum uptime in abrasive conditions, and a range of brackets suits loaders, tractors and material handling equipment.
The brush frame is fully galvanised, with the main body finished in high gloss 2 pac paint. A 4-bearing arrangement and high-performance hydraulic motor deliver smooth, reliable operation, with a cross-over relief valve available as an option.

Not every customer wants an off-the-shelf attachment. ALMAT offers a flexible bucket manufacturing service, building around the machine, the material and the job in hand, with mounting options to suit a wide range of carriers.
The range covers general purpose, high capacity, grain, muck and manure, heavy duty site and grading buckets, with the width, capacity, bracket type and duty level built to fit the working environment rather than a compromise.

Trailers
Manufactured in Northern Ireland and designed fully in-house, the ALMAT trailer range is built for strength, practicality and long-term reliability.
A robust chassis and body design handles demanding daily use while staying practical to load, tow and tip. Available in 1.5, 3, 4, 6, 8 and 10 tonne models, suiting golf courses, councils, farms, estates, factories and general material handling. Fold-down sides make loading easier.
Trailers can be supplied galvanised or in high quality 2 pac paint, with agricultural tyres as standard and turf tyres available where reduced ground marking matters. A light bar and mesh sides are also available.

Man Cages
Designed for safe, practical and reliable working at height, ALMAT Man Cages provide a strong, compliant and versatile access solution.
Fully designed and manufactured in-house, each unit provides a stable, secure working platform for maintenance, inspection and general access work when used with the appropriate machine.
The fully galvanised frame is built for long-term durability, with a choice of floor options including flow forge, chequered plate and GRP. Standard sizes include 4x4, 8x4, 8x5, 10x5 and 10x6, with custom sizes and mounting brackets available to suit a wide range of machines. All units are supplied with the relevant test certification.
